Welcome!
I am a PhD student in Public Policy and Sociology at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
I graduated from the University of Michigan in 2019 with a dual degree in Political Science and Sociology and a minor in Applied Statistics. After completing my degree, I worked in social policy research and evaluation, working on policies and programs that impact people on public assistance programs. Then, I worked in public opinion research conducting focus groups.
My work post-graduation informs my current interests in understanding how people experience public assistance programs and their interactions with state institutions.Â
My topical interests include:
Financial behavior and financial literacy programs

Moral economy
