Call for Programs
We are excited for individuals to join the University of Michigan in the first summit on multicultural design and inclusive spaces. We hope individuals from various disciplines and industries will join us in an important conversation about what it means to create a sense of belonging in physical spaces and share their knowledge and best practices.
We invite you to submit a proposal to join us in Ann Arbor, Michigan, as a presenter for the 2024 summit.
Selected proposal facilitators will receive 20% off the cost of conference registration.
Timeline
Please submit a program proposal in the google form below.
Deadline for Submissions: January 8, 2024
Notification to Facilitators: January 22, 2024
* Accepted proposals will also receive a 20% discount in their email to use during registration
Audience
Please keep in mind that the audience in the room will be from various disciplines of education and different industries.
Session Type
Below are the type and length of sessions that you can submit a proposal for:
Workshop Style Session (60 minutes)
Roundtable (60 minutes)
Panel Presentation (60 minutes)
Application Track Workshop (3 ½ hours)
Extensive session meant to dig into a topic that will provide participants with new skills and tangible components to adopt to their work.
Tiny Talk (30 minutes)
Mini talk that is meant to provide participants with a quick overview of a specialized area.
