This website - developed for University of Michigan School of Information (UMSI) students, staff and faculty - contains highlights and context from DEI 1.0, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategic Plan developed in 2015 and implemented from 2016-2021 (See the Year Five DEI Strategic plan here).

As you navigate through the site, you will find a timeline and specific examples illustrating the ways in which DEI 1.0 was a beginning, a learning process and a base from which we will build.
