How the Magic Happens (Format)
We will meet virtually for 90 minutes every other week* from February 21 – May 23, a total of eight courses.

• Pre-work: You are expected to complete a series of short readings and an exercise relevant to the week’s group workshop. Click here to view a sample exercise.

• Seminar: Ted Dacko will lead a 30-minute presentation on the week’s topic, including immediately applicable strategies and tactics

• Workshop: You will present your exercise, opportunities, and challenges as they pertain specifically to your business. Your peers and workshop leaders will provide feedback, ideas, accountability, and support in a “cone of silence” setting.

*Classes 7 and 8 will be held on back-to-back weeks May 16 and 23.

Expectations We Have of You
This is an application-based program – you gotta want it.

• Be accountable: come to each session and come prepared to each session

• Share openly and with as much specificity as possible: we can address only what we know

• Be respectful and candid with your feedback: don’t be afraid to ask questions or identify challenges, but do so with sincere empathy and encouragement. Respect group confidentiality to the utmost degree.
