30 minute phone interview
30-45 zoom interview
2 hour final interview (4, 30 minute interviews)
Applied in the middle of September. Had the first round call October 4th, second round October 7th, and final round October 22nd. Heard back about offer on October 22nd.
During the first 30 minute phone interview the interviewer will not show any emotion. The goal is to take the bias out of the interviewing process. It may feel like you are talking to a wall because the interviewer won't say much to you other than the scripted question. All behavioral questions throughout all 3 rounds are relatively typical. Be prepared to answer a lot of different "tell me about a time..." questions.
During the final round interview, 1 round is a case. They gave the case 4 days before the interview. They gave data to analyze and required a slide deck to present your findings. During this round of the interview you present your case findings (about a 15 minute presentation) and then will be asked follow-up questions about the conclusions you drew and the recommendations you made.
Do your research! They are looking for candidates that know what Zillow is currently doing and where they are going. Take the time to really find out information about the company both through networking and from online. Reach out if you have any questions!

Behavioral first round 30 minutes mostly a tell me about yourself. Behavioral second round with three 30 minute back to back interviews with the Zillow marketing team.
The process is very quick. I had my first round in late October and then a week later I had my second round. I heard back within 2 days that I got the position.

Be prepared to explain how your values fit with the Zillow company values. Make sure to review materials the hiring manager emails you before beginning of second round. Materials can help ask targeted questions to interviewers.
