Hofstra University Dormitory Sign-up Form
Affordable dormitory space will be available to NMEA 2022 participants on a first come - first serve bases.
Dormitory suites consisting of 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom will be made available in a variety of different occupant configurations based on an individuals comfort level with sharing a room and a bathroom. Room price is based on a per/person, per/configuration choice. Linens are not provided - individual can bring their own or rent a set of linens for $11/stay.

Cancellation policy:
Cancel before May 31 = full refund
Cancel June 1-30 = 50% refund
Cancel July 1+ = no refund

COVID Information
Dorm residents are required to follow Hofstra University COVID protocols. Currently Hostra has a mask and vaccine mandate on campus (those that are eligible for a vaccine must be vaccinated). Guidelines may change as the situation evolves over the next several months. Find more about Hofstra policy here.
Family/Children in Dorms
Families are permitted to stay in the dorms. Please reserve your suite needs accordingly. Children pay the same price as adults and must follow Hofstra COVID protocols.
If reserving dorm space for your family, a separate reservation form is required for all family members staying in the dorm. For example, a family with two adults and two children will all need to pay for 4 x $65 per night. A family with one adult and one child will need to pay for 2 x $80 per night.
