My research focuses on innovation: what drives or deters it, its relationship with market competition, and what public policies can do to promote it.
My job market paper studies the drivers and implications for startups' growth of venture capitalists' strategic investments in competitors.
In Summer 2024, I will join Boston University's Questrom School of Business as an Assistant Professor of Strategy and Innovation.
