BACKGROUND

The University through the Center for Admission and Scholarship in collaboration with the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs and the Office of the Vice President for Student Services and Community Development is responsible for the development and strategy to attract the best and deserving young Makatizens to partake of UMak’s quality education through its various academic programs. Herein-stated are the policies and procedures on admission and enrollment for incoming students.

VISION

In keeping with UMak’s vision and mission, the Center for Admission and Scholarship links the University, its programs, stakeholders, and infrastructure with the local government of the City of Makati to making quality and relevant education accessible to financially challenged but deserving students of Makati and of the country.

MISSION

The Center for Admission and Scholarship office will provide venues and opportunities to making UMak education, that is of quality and relevance, accessible to financially challenged but deserving students of Makati and of the country. It will continually deliver effective and efficient services related to admission, scholarship and financial assistance to its customers.

COLLEGE: January 5 - February 13, 2022

SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL: February 14 - March 27, 2022

Please be informed that we are no longer accepting requirements form student-applicants for both college and senior high school admission. The initial list of qualified applicants will be posted on the website and official Facebook page of the University of Makati in April/May 2022.
