This phenomenon has compelled Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to develop various initiatives to not only strengthen existing partnerships but also venture into new potential collaborations. While partnerships are usually initiated between HEIs, foreign missions also play an important role in fostering ties between countries through trade, culture, and education, amongst others. In this webinar, we have invited representatives from foreign missions in Malaysia who will provide insights to their role in promoting bilateral relations, particularly sustainable partnerships between HEIs.
