Bijan Paul

I’m Bijan Paul, a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, specializing in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning. With extensive experience in software consulting at leading companies including REVE Systems Ltd, eGeneration Ltd, and Apurba Technologies Ltd, my career bridges academic research and impactful industry projects.

I have notably been recognized with the prestigious ICT Special Award from the Prime Minister of Bangladesh for my contribution in developing innovative assistive technologies for visually impaired individuals. My experience extends into academia, having served as a faculty member at several top universities in Bangladesh, mentoring student teams in competitive programming and leading workshops in advanced machine learning topics.

I am passionate about applying technology to real-world challenges, fostering accessible innovation, and continuously contributing to the field of computer science education.
