Water

Water will be available from taps based outside of the pavilion. We recommend that players bring AT LEAST two 1 litre water bottles with them.

Showers & Toilets

Changing rooms, showers and toilets will be located in the Pavilion, accessed through the door around the corner from the water taps. Signs will indicate which are male and female.

FIRST AID & PHYSIOS

First Aid will be located near the corner of the railings around the rugby pitch. It will be visible with the location of the ambulance and the first aid tent.

Physios will be located in one of the changing rooms in the Pavilion, accessed through the same door as the showers and toilets.

If you come across a fire...

Please raise the alarm at the point closest to you (there are fire call points located in the buildings) or inform a member of staff immediately if one cannot be located. Then immediately make your way to a safe location far away from the hazard. Members of staff will be visible and all team captains should ensure that all of their team is accounted for. Team captains should then report to the TD to relay the information that their team is safe.

There will also be a fire extinguisher present in the campsite in case of a fire in the vicinity of the tents. If you do not feel comfortable/are not trained in using the extinguisher, do not use it; wait for a member of staff to help.
