There are two registration periods:
Reduced registration fee: from December 15, 2024 to January 15, 2025
Registration with ordinary fee: from January 16 to February 14, 2025

The registration fee includes all scheduled activities for February 13 and 14, 2025.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds for registrations are available.
It is very important that participants fill in the details required for the invoice at the time of registration. Once the invoice has been issued, no changes can be made to it.
