Profile
Nik Nur Shafika Mustafa joined UiTM in March 2015 as a Finance Lecturer in the Faculty of Business and Management.
She has been working as an Assistant Manager in Asset Quality Management at Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad in year 2010-2011.
She hold a Master of Philosophy (Bond Portfolio Management) from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and BBA (Hons) Finance from UiTM.
More that her role as a lecturer,she also active in writing journal articles, newspaper article, magazines and course modules.

COURSES TAUGHT
FIN377: This course equips students with the theoretical and practical knowledge of portfolio management. Several portfolio theories will be used to construct the portfolio and to measure its performance in the context of risk and return.
FIN645: This course examines the development of derivatives market in Malaysia, the mechanism for futures and options trading in Malaysia and its increasing role in the capital market. The main focus of this course is to apply the mechanics of hedging, speculating and arbitraging to the different futures and options contracts specifically Crude Palm Oil, Kuala Lumpur Composite Index, 3-month KLIBOR and Malaysian Government Securities. Strategies using stock index options and stock options are also emphasized in this course. This course also provides the legal framework involved in the derivative market.
FIN430: This course is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in the principles of corporate finance, approaches of corporate finance and an opportunity to apply relevant principles to practical and managerial decisions.
