Create a folder and link it to a new project in Codex.
Create a file called instructions.txt and paste this in. Put into the folder.
Tell the AI to read the entire folder for context.
Then, use this prompt to start the SLR process:
I want to perform a systematic literature review on mental health among university students. Refer to instructions.txt on how to execute the SLR on how to do this. Ask me questions until you are sure what to do, then execute. I want the final output to be a word document. Use APA format together with DOI for references. Dont forget to put in text citations. I have access to Scopus search, if you need information give me the Boolean search for me to search for you. I will paste the RIS file into the folder for you to analyze. If you need full text PDFs, tell me its DOI number for me to look for you. I will paste the PDF into the folder as well. Create several MD files for each section (e.g. front_matter.md, introduction.md, section_1.md, ..., references.md) for editing purposes. After completion, assemble the MD files into one complete DOCX file.
If Codex needs the references, it will give you the Boolean queries for you to execute. Export and put the RIS files in the folder.
