Norashiki Ismail joined UiTM in 7 January 2002 as a Finance Lecturer in the Faculty of Business and Management

Her interest in Islamic Finance started when she worked with IslamiQ.com before joining UiTM. Her first achievement is received RM73,000 research grant from INCEIF on topic of 'Islamic Financing for Financial Distressed Companies in Corporate Restructuring'. In continuing her interest, she had pursed her PhD in Islamic Finance with the thesis is related to efficiency of Takaful. She also had research in the area of banking fragility, sustainability performance, ESG, fuel subsidy investment and corporate finance.
