Zoom is a popular app to conduct online meetings and webinars. However, it can used as a tool for screen recording. Just click on Start with Video, and Zoom will record your video, voice, and combine with the slides that you are presenting. This can be used for individual presentations or group presentations.

1. Open up Zoom settings. Go to Recording and make sure "Record video during screen sharing" and "Place video next to the shared screen in the recording" are both ticked.
2. Start or join a meeting on Zoom.
3. Click "View" in the top-right corner, and then select "Speaker View" to show who is speaking between all participants in meeting.
4. One person will record and one person will share screen.
Host need to allow participants to share screen. Click "Security" and tick "Share Screen".
Only host can record.
5. The recording will convert automatically after the meeting ends. If it fails or you choose to check it before ending the meeting, open Zoom settings and go to Recording. Click "Open" in the top-right corner and double click to convert the recording.
