Abstract:
The article proves that the modern development of society requires not only teaching students to memorize and reproduce technical and technological knowledge and work methods, but also to apply such knowledge and skills in practice - through solving creative tasks, forming relevant experience.
In accordance with what has been said, we clarified the content of the main concepts of the study, namely: pedagogical conditions and competences.
In the context of our research, the identification and substantiation of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of occupational health and safety professional competences among students of cultural and art educational institutions becomes significant, including: the purposeful implementation of modern pedagogical technologies in the formation of occupational health and safety professional competences among students educational institutions of culture and art; purposeful implementation of modern innovative pedagogical technologies in the formation of occupational health and safety professional competences among students of educational institutions of culture and art.
Therefore, the implementation of the conditions for creating positive motivation for mastering occupational health and safety professional competences by students of cultural and art institutions in the educational space of a higher educational institution involves students’ awareness of the importance of future professional activity and the possibility of creative growth and improvement of professional skills.
The substantiation of interactive teaching methods in the formation of occupational health and safety professional competences among students of cultural and art educational institutions takes place in accordance with trends that prioritize creative development, critical thinking, personal competences over traditional memorization of knowledge and skills.
In accordance with this, traditional approaches to the content of education are changing, and in particular, in the formation of professional competences in occupational safety and life safety in students of educational institutions of culture and art.
