Abstract:
The article states that communication is a key element of a teacher’s activity, which determines his role and the quality of interaction with each child in a preschool education institution, which not only ensures the exchange of information, but also forms the basis for emotional connection, which is important for the development of trust and mutual understanding between the teacher and the child.

It was found that communication is an exchange of information that should be interesting to both the educator and the child, and this is already an appeal to the personality of the teacher, who needs serious and significant incentives for creative selfdevelopment and self-improvement.
