Abstract:
The article raises the problem of future primary school teachers’ preparedness to master and apply innovative technologies in their professional and pedagogical activities. We can meet the requirements of society to the teacher through innovative technologies.
The author analyzes the main state documents on the problem of innovative training of future primary school teachers in order to identify the development trends of the problem raised.
The article considers the preparedness of students to use innovative technologies in primary school as a result of training for this type of activity and as an integral part of their professional education. This type of preparedness is not only manifested in professional and pedagogical activity, but also is being formed and developed in it.
In our case, innovative technologies include interactive technology. It is interactive technology that provides for communication «on an equal footing» of all participants in the educational process, ensures the development of all positive qualities of the individual and develops the ability to selfdevelop.
Students’ training (theoretical knowledge, its practical application) is a means of forming preparedness for professional activity, which stands as the result and indicator of the quality of education.
We consider the preparedness of students to use innovative (interactive) technologies in primary school as a subsystem of the system of preparedness for professional and pedagogical activity
Keywords: preparedness, primary school teachers, innovative technologies, interactive technology, professional activity.
