CONCERT PERFORMANCE COMPETENCE OF FUTURE MUSICAL ART TEACHERS IN THE CONTEXT OF UKRAINIAN PIANO SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT

Abstract:
The article presents the problem of concert performance competence of the future musical art teacher as an important component of professional-pedagogical training of a specialist, its formation and development during a significant and complex historical period.
The specific historical consideration of Ukrainian musical art of the 20th century, which involves presentation of the factual material regarding concert performance of the representatives of the national piano school in the context of unfolding the general cultural development of the state, has acquired conceptual significance.
Revealing of the most interesting and significant events and achievements of the piano school representatives on the historical path proved the importance of the necessary conditions for the formation of concert performance competence, the highest level of demonstration by future musical art teachers of mastering piano art as a professional component of their teaching proficiency.
Historically significant facts on the formation and development of the concert performance activity of the outstanding representatives of Ukrainian piano school are presented; the essence of the future specialist’s performance competence in the context of his concert activity is revealed; the musical and educational vision of the musical culture figures of Ukraine of the 20th century as a component of the general musical development of youth in society in the process of developing performance competence is presented: musical-historical demonstrations by H. Beklemishev, historical significance of the piano performance of the pianist O. Brailovskyi, school music lectures by A. Rudnytskyi.
The functional significance of the concert performance competence for the professional growth of the future musical art teachers is revealed. The performing activity of the representatives of the piano school of Ukraine was largely realized in the concert, competition and educational activities.
