Abstract:
The article examines the need for a cultural approach to education and the renewal of teacher training based on humanization and humanization in the context of the growing importance of humanistic values in modern society. The importance of the role of philology teachers in the development of students’ spirituality through the art of speech is indicated, which includes familiarization with national and world artistic culture, education of aesthetic feelings, tastes and ideals. It is emphasized the need to find new approaches to the training of future teachers, in particular, taking into account their personal aesthetic experience, which determines the effectiveness of pedagogical influence.

The aesthetic, sociocultural and literary potential of a work of art is considered as important educational and educational information necessary for a successful process of aesthetic education of an individual.
