Abstract:
The article examines the problem of personality formation of the future music teacher in the process of professional training. It has been proven that in the 21st century the problem of personality formation of future specialists, in which the culture of specialists, high professionalism, intelligence, social maturity and creativity will be combined, acquires special importance.
It was found that the problem of personality development was the subject of consideration by many scientists who emphasized the importance of research into the structure and development of personality, the motivational sphere and its activity. It was emphasized that an important task of modern musical and pedagogical education is the preparation of future teachers of musical art for professional activities, which will be aimed at developing the creative potential, national consciousness, and individual abilities of the younger generation. It has been proven that the main tasks are the identification and development of individual creative abilities.
The author believes that the individual and psychological characteristics of a music teacher have always attracted considerable interest from researchers. Research by scientists on personality development assures that individuality is an important aspect of every personality. It has been proven that the professional training of a future music teacher should have a creative direction in teaching the disciplines of the curriculum. In the process of development, interrelated qualitative changes occur in the personality, both in anatomical and physiological growth, and in the improvement of the nervous system and psyche of the individual. A significant place in the educational program is occupied by such educational components, without which the formation of the personality of the future music teacher becomes impossible. It has been proven that the integrative approach is the basis of methodological approaches and principles of music education in higher education institutions.
It is emphasized that personal characteristics and their influence on future professional activity play a significant role in the professional activity of the future specialist. It is noted that the latest educational and pedagogical and information technologies are being implemented in higher education institutions. The problem of personality development of the future music teacher remains relevant in both theoretical and practical directions.
