Abstract:

In the article, the author examines modern technologies of socio-cultural activity in the context of personality development.

The author understands sociocultural activity as a historically conditioned, pedagogically directed and socially demanded process of transforming the environment for the organization of interaction of social groups in the interests of personal development.

The author believes that sociocultural technologies play an important role in changing the qualitative characteristics of a person, which contribute to the development of a person, his creative abilities, entering the world of values, because involvement in active creative activity optimizes the general level of culture, increases motivation, contributes to the socialization of a person, etc.

Based on the analysis of scientific and methodical literature, it was determined that technology is a mechanism for implementing theory into the practice of socio-cultural activity, i.e. means, forms, methodical activity used in the educational, creative and educational process.

The author refers to traditional means of socio-cultural activity as means of ideological and emotional influence and psychological and pedagogical means, to innovative means of audiovisual expressiveness.

Socio-cultural activities are implemented in group and individual forms.

The author considers such sociocultural technologies as sociocultural design, art therapy, the flipped classroom method, game learning, case technologies, trainings, TSIT technology (theory of solving inventive tasks), storytelling, IT technologies, etc.

So, the author proves that sociocultural technologies play a key role in shaping the modern world, change perception, communication, lifestyle and work, expanding human capabilities and contributing to the development of both individuals and society as a whole.

Sociocultural technologies fill activities and actions with emotionally attractive forms and types of creativity, socially necessary content based on humanistic values of spiritual culture.

Currently, there is a wide variety of technologies, methods, forms and means of socio-cultural activity, but the key point remains the creative and creative direction of the activity of a specialist in the socio-cultural field.
