Abstract:
The article reveals some directions of formation and development of the methodological systems of the founders of Ukrainian piano school, in which their views on the formation of future musical art teachers’ performance competence are presented; the important achievements of professional teachers-pianists in the context of performing arts development in different regions of Ukraine are analyzed; peculiarities of Ukrainian piano school founders’ and developers’ own performance activities are presented.
The importance of the application of the specified methodological techniques, the prospects of their molding influence on the formation of the future specialists’ performance competence and their general professional growth are realized.
A modern teacher, in our case – musical art teacher, must demonstrate to his students his own competence in possessing the necessary amount of knowledge, the practical ability to professionally present interesting samples of musical works to his students on the piano, and to interest them with his performance skills.
An overview of the main methodological views in historiography was carried out, and the perspective of their application in the methods of modern piano teachers in the training of future musical art teachers is determined.
It has been found that along the history of development of the methodological systems of the founders of Ukrainian piano school, along with the ideas of the development of “performance technique”, which was the basis for the acquisition of performance competence by future specialists, interesting and effective methodological techniques were also born and manifested.
Against the background of such interesting and valuable provisions, a modern methodological system of Ukrainian teachers was built, who had to solve a socially oriented task: implementation of the future musical art teachers’ piano training, focused at a new direction, namely: formation of the performance competence of musical art teachers, able to influence with their erudition a wide audience, to enhance students’ interest in musical works by their performance.
