Abstract:
The article examines the concepts and theories that form the basis for the formation of civic solidarity among future primary school teachers. An analysis of methodical approaches and practices aimed at developing this important quality in future pedagogical workers was carried out. Special attention is paid to the study of various methods and techniques that help to effectively form civil solidarity, in particular in the context of the educational process. In addition, the article examines the practical aspects of the development of civic culture and its impact on the professional activity of future teachers. It is noted that globalization affects education in Ukraine, leading to constant changes in its structure and functioning. Civil solidarity in modern society acquires special importance. It is a complex concept based on civic values, self-identification, statesmanship and communication. The educational system of Ukraine plays an important role in the formation of civic solidarity, contributing to the development of students’ skills of cooperation and active participation in public life. It was determined that globalization processes affect the educational space of the Ukrainian state, causing constant transformations in the education system. One of the key aspects in this context is the development of civil solidarity among the population. It was found that the analysis and generalization of various approaches to the formation of civic solidarity among future primary school teachers will help determine the optimal methods and strategies for achieving this goal in the educational process. It is substantiated that the formation of civic solidarity among future teachers is of crucial importance for their civic competence. The importance of solidarity in the context of social transformations facing modern society and the state is presented. Solidarity is considered as a key element of the harmonious functioning of society and its impact on life opportunities and prospects is determined.
