Abstract:
The article elucidates the theoretical foundations of choreographic education of preschool children in the People's Republic of China.
It was found that in the People's Republic of China for a long time there was no formed system of choreographic education, so most of the children did not have the opportunity to work with professional teacherschoreographers. In modern China, choreographic training is carried out at all levels, dance lessons are mandatory for schoolchildren, and preschool education institutions pay considerable attention to dance training of pupils
Choreographic education of children is considered an important tool for the development of their feelings, mind, will, body, language, behavior and for the education of aesthetic, moral, patriotic, labor, communicative qualities. National dance is the basis of classes, while multicultural choreography is gaining importance. In kindergartens, considerable attention is paid to the relaxed environment of choreographic classes.
The main models of choreographic education of preschool children in the People's Republic of China were analyzed: choreographic education in order to improve the quality of performances at competitions; choreographic training aimed at the development of children's intelligence and creative abilities; choreographic education aimed at developing study habits and a prosocial personality; choreographic training aimed at protecting and developing the aesthetic nature and playful subjectivity of dancers.
It has been established that in modern China, most children do not dance professionally, but thanks to a properly structured general choreographic education, they can receive many positive aspects useful for life. Therefore, teachers should be aware of the importance of choreographic education and be responsible for the organization and improvement of its quality, applying dance in every way in the education of children and popularizing it in life.
On this basis, in the People's Republic of China, large-scale professional training of teachers of preschool education institutions was carried out, which allowed choreographic education to develop quickly and efficiently.
