Abstract:
The article proposes a structural model of the technology of creative self-expression of students on the example of training choir conductors. The validity of axiological, synergistic and genetic methodological approaches, which provide an understanding of the value of creative self-expression, the value of self-actualization and self-affirmation of a student-conductor, is analyzed. A detailed description of the technological process of training future conductors of the choir is provided, taking into account the established components of pedagogical technologies, which objectify the goal, dynamics of motivation, content, methods and forms of development of the student’s ability to creative self-expression.
The preparation of student-conductors for creative self-expression is considered in view of the requirement of technologization of art education. The validity of the methodological guidelines is argued in view of the axiological approach, according to which the student is considered as the unconditional value of art education. Using the ideas of a synergistic approach makes it possible to address the student as a unique individuality, a creative personality capable of unexpected, original actions from the first year.
The importance of taking into account the non-stereotypical combination of abilities of a creatively gifted artistic personality is emphasized. Creative self-expression of a student is considered as a complex process of him as a professional personality, revealing his own individuality, which takes place in the form of self-determination and selfactualization.
A group of methods and techniques that make up the content of the pedagogical technology of creative selfexpression of the future choir conductor is systematized. The importance of a variable combination of strategic, tactical and operational goals in the musical-educational process is emphasized, which ensures students’ awareness of the value of self-expression as a creative process.
