Abstract:
The article reveals the organizational principles of the creative activity of the future primary school teacher in the process of professional training. It has been established that the process of professional training is a multifaceted formation, all components of which are interconnected and mutually conditioned, and the absence of at least one of them in the future teacher will necessarily lead to a disproportion in the personality structure of the specialist. The ideal is a free creative personality capable of self-identification, self-development and self-realization in a constantly changing socio-cultural environment.
The necessity of researching the experience accumulated in the arsenal of pedagogy regarding the organization of the conditions of creative activity of students in pedagogical higher education institutions is proved.
The following methods of organizing creative activity are highlighted: the «creative field» method; brainstorming; focal blocks; synectics; solving creative tasks; morphological analysis; control questions; independent work; research work; creative task; creative games; co-creative subject-subject interaction of the teacher and students; dialogic communication; method of physical processes; creative ensemble; hygiene of creativity.
The conditions of the process of development of the future teacher’s creative activity in the process of professional training are revealed, which are presented as a combination of external (objective), internal (subjective) and integrative.
External conditions – subject-subject interaction of the teacher and students, formation of an individual style of activity, creation of situations of success, development of creative abilities of future teachers – provide organization, stimulation, management of the process of development of creative potential. Internal conditions – emotional and valuable attitude to creative activity, students’ ability to reflective activity, the presence of internal personal freedom – form the personal, psychological mechanisms of this process. An integrating condition for the development of students’ creative potential is a humanistically oriented creative educational activity, because only on the basis of such activity will the external and internal conditions manifest themselves most deeply and clearly.
