Abstract:
The article reveals the pedagogical possibilities of preventive activities of future law enforcement officers with teenagers. It has been established that the period of personality formation of the future law enforcement officer is associated with an important stage in the development of his mental abilities and intelligence. The significance of the motives of educational activity is proven: achieving efficiency in preventive activities, affiliation, self-affirmation, dominance. The role of the educational process for the future specialist of law enforcement agencies as a line, trajectory or other channel through which he should move is revealed. The stages of preparation of a future specialist of law enforcement bodies are defined: formation of professional intentions, professional training (psychological, intellectual, social level), professionalization, mastery.
The factors of the professional formation of the future specialist of law enforcement bodies are singled out: an individual complex of personal and motivational characteristics, the organization of special initial training, personal (value, motivational, active) and environmental (socio-economic, socio-pedagogical) factors The types of connections between the subjects of the socio-pedagogical environment are singled out: functional, ideal, intersubjective and personal relations. The functions of influence on the training of a future law enforcement officer are considered: educational, diagnostic, organizational, prognostic, communicative, protective, social, compensatory.
The criteria for the readiness of future law enforcement officers for preventive activities and their indicators are determined: need-motivational, social maturity of future law enforcement officers, which is manifested in a motivated readiness to master social, personal and professional knowledge about deviation, deviant behavior, preventive, social and pedagogical work with teenagers; cognitive: socio-pedagogical knowledge necessary for preventive work with adolescents; operational and practical: practical readiness to master the technologies of preventive, socio-pedagogical activity of future law enforcement officers with teenagers, social-pedagogical support of teenagers with deviant behavior.
