Abstract:
Active or extreme sports have become extremely popular, especially in the last two decades. Research in this area has also expanded as multiple disciplinary and theoretical frameworks have been applied to understanding such sports and their participants. However, despite this flurry of research activity, little is still known about the training of participants in such sports.
The article proves the importance of training, as well as teaching, in the preparation of a physical culture teacher for the formation of a healthy lifestyle of teenagers by means of extreme sports. It has been proven that the pedagogy of extreme sports is currently a subcategory of sports pedagogy, but differs from popular sports in the high level of inherent dangers.
The importance of using methods in teaching extreme sports as artificial stimuli, such as walkie-talkies or other technologies for remote control of athletes, half-pipe on a snowboard, which is a dynamic and beautiful event, is emphasized. The most effective methods of teaching extreme sports, which can be safely used in modern pedagogical practice, are considered. The relationship between learning extreme sports and psychological experience is shown.
Building relationships is the focus, which in turn builds trust between teacher and student. A student needs confidence to overcome the challenges of learning a difficult sport.
Experience in the context of relationships and attention to communication, in creating an unforgettable learning experience, the technique of creating trust for a physical culture teacher in order to form a healthy lifestyle of teenagers by means of extreme sports is to express his trust in the student. Confidence in the ability of students to learn is as important as confidence in the ability to teach, communicate, show sincere interest, and assess the emotional state of the student.
