Abstract:
The article deals with the psychological and pedagogical features of the creation and the technology of forming an individual educational trajectory of higher education at the Academy of Culture and Arts in terms of distance and blended learning. An attempt is made to study the impact of the individual educational trajectory of higher education applicants on the formation of their professional knowledge, skills and abilities.
The activity of educational institutions during the pandemic and war convinces that the modern educational system, using an innovative approach, methods and forms of education, allows you to effectively use the advantages of both offline and distance learning and, thanks to the inclusion of innovative technologies in the educational process, to mutually compensate for the existing shortcomings of each of them. This form of training organization creates conditions for a harmonious combination of motivational, cognitive, reflective and technological components.
The process of obtaining professional education and the readiness of the acquirers for future professional activity includes: acquiring knowledge, acquiring practical skills, forming skills, professional attitude to the surrounding reality and the processes that take place in it. The creation of an individual educational trajectory of IOT, in turn, is the provision with the individual inclinations, capabilities, abilities and needs of those seeking education, for successful professional orientation for future professional activity.
