Abstract:
The article reveals the problem of organization and experience of interaction of the main subjects of nature management as objects of training of future ecologists. It was established that the reformation, modernization and structural and functional restructuring of the existing environmental quality management system, taking into account the geographical, economic and national-cultural features of the territories, based on a combination of national and local interests, is one of the main conditions for achieving the important goal of improving the social and ecological component of the life of the country's regions as the basis and result of training future ecologists. The conceptual idea of training future ecologists through the organization of the interaction of the main subjects of nature management, which appears as a controlled socio-cultural process, is revealed. It is proved that the activity of the future ecologist is related to the acquisition of systematic information, which contributes to the formation of dynamic mega-scientific thinking, which allows operating with heuristic and global categories, as opposed to inertial branch thinking, which rests on the foundation of specialized concepts and terms. It was established that the informational and sociological provision of nature management is divided into research and regulatory subsystems. The research function is aimed at creating an information field and space for management actions. The prerogative of the regulatory subsystem is related to the training of future ecologists, the formation, proposal and recommendations to the main subjects of nature management of practical goals, models, methods, mechanisms and prognostic alternatives of organizational interaction, which will contribute to overcoming socio-ecological problems of disadvantaged territories. A training program for future ecologists was proposed, which included monitoring and longitudinal studies.
