Abstract:
The article analyzes some theoretical aspects of the problem of training future physical culture teachers to organize group interaction of high school students in team sports. The interpretation of the phenomenon «professional training of future physical education teachers» has been clarified. Emphasis is placed on the characterological features of group interaction and team sports, which are taken into account in the definition of the studied concept. Group interaction is characterized as an attributive feature of group activity, its procedural side, a system of direct, mutually determined actions of participants of a certain real social group aimed at realizing the goals of group activity. It is emphasized that the participation of high school students in team sports on the basis of group interaction gives them a lot of advantages that go beyond physical training, as they provide unique opportunities for personal growth, social development and acquisition of valuable life skills. At the same time, in a team environment, players learn to work towards a common goal, which promotes a sense of belonging and instills a spirit of camaraderie that goes beyond the sports field. The concept of «training of future physical education teachers to organize group interaction in team sports» is characterized as a purposeful, specially organized process of preparation of a specialist for professional activities, aimed at the implementation of a special interaction of high school students, which allows to effectively realize their energy, emotional and volitional, stress-resistant potential and cohesion in achieving common goals of group activity.
