Abstract:
The article examines the theoretical foundations of the formation of the artistic and creative culture of future fine art specialists. The content and types of professional artistic and creative training of fine art specialists are disclosed. The most important competencies that are formed in the future teacher of fine arts for his artistic and creative development are highlighted: competence in the field of creating an artistic image; in the field of visual literacy; in the field of professional and personal development. Summarizing a number of scientific investigations gives us the opportunity to single out innovative artistic and pedagogical technologies, such as: creative technology, technology for creating an «aesthetic field», technology for the formation of the aesthetic culture of a teacher of fine arts, technology for the development of the artistic and aesthetic outlook of teachers, technology for the development of creative abilities of future teachers, technology interaction and integration of different types of art.
The foundation of aesthetic readiness is the individual's ability to aesthetic perception and empathy, his aesthetic taste and the formation of an aesthetic model. The effectiveness of fine art in aesthetic education is invaluable, that is, through fine art, it is formed as an aesthetic ideal, which, in turn, leads to quality education in the individual: aesthetic taste, the ability to appreciate, understand, create beauty, but also develops the intellectual, emotional and volitional sphere of a person.
The main goal of training an artist-pedagogue is the formation of the creative personality of a person who possesses professional artistic knowledge, skills, and abilities. At the same time, the visual diploma is only a means with which the artist should operate. The entire set of artistic skills and abilities, which in the process of learning are aimed at solving artistic tasks, i.e. should be used in the creative process. Reaching the level of creative activity requires mastery of professional skill, developed imagination, artistic thinking, which is a mandatory condition for professional training of specialists in the field of art.
