Abstract:
The article deals with the problem of teacher preparation for the humanization of the system of general art education. The competencies which the teacher of musical, fine, choreographic art should possess are mentioned as follows: communicative, personal interaction, professional. Considerable attention is paid to communicative competence, which provides a special method of establishing interaction between teachers and students. The following communicative skills are defined: exercise, dialogue, surprise, fantastic question, error in explanation, which are aimed at finding mutual understanding, invention, creativity in extraordinary situations of artistic activity. The necessity of designing and organizing personality-oriented art education and the mechanism of its mastering in practical activity is noted. The characteristic of professional model of the teacher of arts of humanistic orientation is offered. The basic factors of the personality-oriented approach to art education, mechanisms of development of the creative teacher and basic provisions of his preparation in the specified context are revealed. The pedagogical conditions of this process are offered: the presence of motivation, an important source of which is the musical needs and interests of children; experience of dialogical interaction with art, which teaches the child to understand the artistic language of the work, to realize its essence; teacher's ability to be creative; creation of personality-oriented situations in the lesson; the presence of features of the teacher's thinking (originality, predictability, accuracy, flexibility); creating a helping relationship by the teacher.
