Abstract:
In the article, a search for ways of forming fundamental opportunities and practical ways of preparing future coaches for organizing the interaction of players from sports games in the competitive process (on the example of volleyball) was carried out. The requirements for the coach and each player were analyzed, the focus, content and nature of the training actions of players, in particular new players, were revealed.
The nature of volleyball has been established according to the following features: the playing surface of the court cannot be used for contact with the ball; instant bounce of the ball from the player; most contacts are intermediate; high concentration of players on the court; weak positive management; the ratio of attack and defense roles and their imbalance; lack of direct contact between players of opposing teams; multi-role behavior of players; uniqueness of motor skills; unlimited game time; significant psychological burden.
The relationship between the pedagogical and psychological features of the training process in volleyball and the specifics of competitive activity is revealed. Pedagogical features of the training process in volleyball are highlighted: special attention to learning and improving the game in defense, emphasis on the ball falling on the court, moving to the ball without thinking, constant visual control of the ball, training in the readiness position, group interactions, balanced placement of players. Reinforcing the desired behavior of players especially in intermediate contact, improving the balance of attack and defense, improving active defense, etc.
The psychological features of the training process in volleyball are singled out: the specifics of the player’s thinking, high motivation, self-sacrifice in the game in defense, the development of attention, the development of sensitivity in terms of time, space and effort, interpersonal relations of players, audiovisual signaling and communication, high game tone, understanding of players, interpersonal relationships in the team, helping players identify correct technical actions, positive reinforcement of players' actions on the block and in defense, development of flexible behavior in transitions from attack to defense and vice versa, etc.
