Abstract:
The article reveals the main aspects of professional self-realization of future chemistry teachers, which include personal and professional potential, readiness for self-realization in the educational process, and the desire to reach new heights in education and upbringing. The personal and professional potential of a future chemistry teacher covers many aspects, such as motivation, abilities, knowledge and personal qualities. It is noted that in order to achieve professional self-realization of chemistry teachers, it is necessary to provide them with adequate education in universities and to promote their aspiration to reach heights in their professional career. This goal is particularly important because everyone has the right to a basic knowledge of chemistry and the skills to use chemical products safely. It is important that this experience is acquired already at school, and qualified teachers will be able to transfer their knowledge and skills, as well as teach students to use chemical products correctly and safely.
The readiness of future chemistry teachers for self-realization in the educational process is determined by their readiness and motivation to work on their own professional and personal development during education and education of students. This means that they want to constantly improve their skills, use new learning methods and be active participants in the educational process.
Disciplines that a future chemistry teacher should master are presented.
