Abstract:
In the article, the author examines the model of formation of the readiness of students of pedagogical colleges for the formation of choreographic skills in elementary school students. Today, the problem of training future specialists in the field of choreographic art, able to work with elementary school students in general secondary education institutions and extracurricular educational institutions, is becoming more relevant than ever, because choreographic activity is a synthesis of the physical and aesthetic development of younger schoolchildren and has a positive effect on preserving their health I, the satisfaction of artistic and creative needs, contributes to the education of national consciousness.
The current stage of education reform is determined by its integration into the global educational space, which involves optimizing the training of future specialists in the field of choreographic art for productive activities with elementary school students.
A significant role in the enrichment of the artistic and aesthetic experience, the development of the creative abilities of younger schoolchildren, their assimilation of national and world artistic values belongs to the choreographic art, which in today’s conditions has acquired the status of a socio-pedagogical factor, a means of forming an aesthetic culture in children and young people, a harmonious physical and spiritual development, socialization of personality, etc.
The preparation of students of pedagogical colleges for the formation of choreographic skills of junior high school students is considered by us as the organization of an educational process, which is aimed at forming the personality of future specialists in the field of choreographic art, involves a positive attitude of students to future professional activities and their mastery of the necessary knowledge and skills regarding the effectiveness of this activity.
We consider the structural components of the defined concept to be motivational-value, cognitive-operational, and personal-creative components, which in unity provide the ability of effective formation of choreographic skills in younger schoolchildren in choreography classes in institutions of general secondary and extracurricular education.
Therefore, based on the analysis of scientific and methodological literature, we developed a model of the readiness of students of pedagogical colleges to form choreographic skills in elementary school students, which includes theoretical, content-creative and interpretive-analytical blocks, is based on the methodological principles of personally oriented, competence-based and creative approaches and predicts the result – the formation of the readiness of students of pedagogical colleges for the formation of choreographic skills in elementary school students.
