PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF ARTISTIC-AXIOLOGICAL CULTURE OF FUTURE MUSIC TEACHERS

Abstract:
The article presents the pedagogical conditions for the formation of artistic – axiological culture student’s art faculties of pedagogical universities. It has been proven that pedagogical conditions contribute to the effectiveness of the formation of the artistic-axiological culture of future music teachers in the process of professional training. It is proved that pedagogical conditions determine the peculiarities of the use of specific methods and techniques of pedagogical work. We consider pedagogical conditions to be an important component of the methodology, which activates the educational process and ensures self-organization of students in professional formation. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of artistic-axiological culture of future music teachers are determined on the basis of value-based approaches to the educational process and the study of art.
Important to expand the musical thesaurus of students, which includes genre-style, historical-theoretical and methodological components. Attention drawn to the value orientation of musical and performing actions of students in creation music interpretation, of granting to students creative freedom in a choice of performing means of expression. The role of value self-determination in the future musical and pedagogical activity as a means of formation of artistic and axiological culture of students substantiated. The effectiveness of the specified conditions is ensured by the holistic nature of covering various aspects of the future professional training of students. The substantiation of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the artistic and axiological culture of future music teachers opens the way for further research into practically oriented methods and techniques of pedagogical work of the specified direction. The article proves that certain pedagogical conditions activate the processes of professional self-determination of future music teachers as a necessary component of the professional formation of a specialist.
