IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NEWEST HEALTH-CONSERVING TECHNOLOGIES IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Abstract:
The ways of improving the healthy lifestyle of students of higher education institutions and the impact of healthconserving technologies on health have been clarified, the phenomenon of “healthy lifestyle” has been generalized, and the structural elements of a healthy lifestyle have been separated. The structure of the way of life is defined in the relations of subordination and coordination in which there are various types of activities. The goal of physical education in higher education institutions, which is important in health care, is the formation of a student’s physical culture, his attitude to his health. Educational technologies aimed at health care are divided into the following groups: organizational and pedagogical (they determine the structure of the educational process); psychological and pedagogical (this is the teacher’s work directly in classes, trainings, sports competitions); educational (various programs aimed at forming a culture of health, prevention of bad habits, diseases, physical culture and health activities). The main elements of a healthy lifestyle are highlighted.
In order to verify the reliability of health-saving technologies and to assess the healthy lifestyle of students of higher education institutions, we conducted research (questionnaires) among students of four higher education institutions in the Zakarpattia region. It is proposed to use health-preserving technologies (health-preserving, recreational, health education technologies, health culture education technologies) to promote a healthy lifestyle for students of higher education institutions.
