Abstract:
The article reveals the essence and structure of the readiness of future physical education teachers for professional activity. The peculiarities of the professional readiness of the future physical culture teacher for professional activity are analyzed. Motivational, theoretical, practical readiness and creativity as a readiness and ability for productive pedagogical creativity are substantiated. It was established that motivational readiness is manifested in professional and pedagogical orientation. Its constituent elements are cognitive, affective-evaluative and conative components, which have their own criterion indicators: knowledge, motivational-value attitude and behavior (position). It is revealed that theoretical readiness is not limited to knowledge, it manifests itself through theoretical pedagogical activity, which determines the method of pedagogical orientation, the style of pedagogical thinking and the quality of internal pedagogical actions (skills): constructive and gnostic (reflective). In addition to knowledge and personal sense, the criterion indicators of theoretical readiness are analytical, prognostic and projective skills. It is justified that practical readiness, which consists of cognitive, operational and motivational components, is manifested through pedagogical skills: constructive, organizational (mobilization,information, development, orientation) and communicative (social-perceptive, proper communication and pedagogical techniques). It has been proven that creativity as the ability and readiness for productive pedagogical creativity is manifested in practice through creative thinking. Level manifestations of criterion indicators are disclosed, which include the creative solution of analytical-reflective, constructive-prognostic, corrective-regulatory pedagogical tasks of professional activity.
