Abstract:
The article reveals the theoretical aspects of the development of critical thinking of future chemistry teachers using Internet resources and conducts an experimental study. The idea of the integration of Internet resources and personal-oriented pedagogical technology – technology for the development of critical thinking of future chemistry teachers is proposed. The position of this idea is revealed. A survey of applicants for higher education majoring in Secondary Education (Chemistry) was conducted to determine the availability of the Internet in the use of applicants and forms of Internet work. The didactic properties of Internet resources were studied. We will give examples of productive use of Internet information during chemistry lessons. A new didactic property of the Internet – interactivity as such user interaction, during which he can influence the received information, for example, restructure it, change the speed of delivery, etc., is revealed. The didactic functions of the virtual experiment and the expediency of its use, taking into account its didactic functions in the process of teaching natural sciences, are revealed. One of the most effective methods of using Internet resources for the organization of project activities within the lesson is defined – the method of Web quests. The difficulties of using the Internet in the educational session are revealed. Recommendations are highlighted for future teachers who are working on creating their own methodical materials based on the Internet or using ready-made developments. The essence of the concept of critical thinking was revealed based on the analysis of domestic and foreign publications, terminological problems caused by different approaches to the study of this issue were revealed. A two- aspect definition of critical thinking is proposed, in which the meaning of the concept is reflected taking into account two possible views, priority, in our opinion. The results of this research can be implemented not only in the field of teaching chemistry, since the idea of an integrative approach of using new means of education based on personally oriented pedagogical technologies, as well as a model of a media lesson as a form of practical implementation of this approach, are based on general principles of didactics, pedagogical and age psychology and have a supersubjective nature.
