The components of the pedagogical system were consistently analyzed, such as: pedagogical conditions; social competence. The pedagogical system of V. O. Sukhomlynskyi in the direction of revealing the concept of spirituality in the educational process is characterized. The concept of spirituality in cultural and philosophical and sociological directions is considered in detail.
The analysis of competence functions and key competences was carried out. Emphasis is placed on important foundations for the design profession – an educational and educational environment that has certain spiritual guidelines. The prominent place of spirituality in social competence is indicated. Spirituality appears as an integral category expressing the theoretical-cognitive, artistic-creative and moral-axiological human activity. the concept of spirituality has its own semantics and borders on the concepts of imagination, figurative thinking, which characterizes the possibilities of perception of educational information by students, including design students. Prospects for further research lie in determining the components of design-projecting educational tasks based on spirituality in the educational process of training design students.
Regarding pedagogical conditions of social competence, the author T. G. Kachalova provided a thorough analysis of existing works. This work contains the following quote: The realization of the creative potential of the student’s personality becomes possible through the creation of favorable psychological and pedagogical conditions for learning, which, in turn, requires taking into account the peculiarities of the student’s personal development.
The conclusions state that The very concept of social competence is not reduced to the sum of knowledge, but is specified as the ability to solve complicating socially significant situations in order to enrich the social and personal self-realization of the subject of the educational process. As can be seen from the above, the following points are indicated: 1. the need to “create favorable psychological and pedagogical conditions for learning; 2. social competence is not reduced to the sum of knowledge, but is specified as the ability to solve complicating socially significant situations in order to enrich the social and personal self-realization of the subject of the educational process.
