FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES OF FUTURE TEACHERS-MUSICIANS IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE ORCHESTRA COLLECTIVE 195-199
Abstract:
The article substantiates the main factors and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of future teachers-musicians in the conditions of the educational environment of the orchestra. It has been proven that the formation of the professional competence of future teachers-musicians takes place only through personally-directed training and with the help of the introduction of certain pedagogical conditions, namely: the formation of positive motivation of future teachers-musicians for future musical-pedagogical and performing activities and professional development; interdisciplinary integration of the content of professional disciplines in the process of playing in an orchestra; saturation of the educational process with professionally oriented information. It is appropriate to emphasize that, in view of the proposed pedagogical conditions, the professional formation and improvement of performance skills of future teachers-musicians, performers, and conductors in the conditions of the educational environment of an orchestra requires the acquisition of the following competencies: the presence of deep, well-founded knowledge in the field of musical performance and musical pedagogy, awareness of the processes occurring both in the art of music and at the level of individual subjects of performing, conducting, and musical-pedagogical activity; the ability to solve complex problems in the field of musical performance and musical pedagogy using previous experience of sustainable development. Besides the ability to work in a team, implement artistic and creative projects, realizing the artistic and aesthetic nature of musical art; the ability to apply basic knowledge, skills and abilities from music-theoretical disciplines in the interpretation of works of musical art, to use traditional and alternative innovative technologies of performing, conducting and pedagogical activities; the ability to self-improvement in the professional sphere during life, responsibility for teaching others when carrying out scientific and pedagogical activities and scientific research in the field of musical performance and musical education; the ability to present a high level of performance skills, to create and implement one’s own artistic and creative concepts in performing and musical-pedagogical activities; the ability to master the skills of reading sheet music, transposing, and selecting music by ear. In addition, the ability to make music collectively, the formation of orchestral and ensemble playing skills; the ability to realize the artistic and aesthetic nature of musical art, the interrelationships between the theory and practice of musical performance and music-pedagogical activity; the ability to use knowledge, skills and abilities about the main regularities and modern achievements in the theory, history and methodology of musical art; the ability to own a certain musical instrument/voice and use professional knowledge, skills and abilities in practical activities; the ability to perform concert performance, present and interpret works of musical art in accordance with the author’s intention.
