COMMUNICATION AND SOCIAL RELATIONS 149-153
Abstract:
The communication culture of the future specialist presupposes the dialogue emergence in which the statements of each of the participants are significant for all. During dialogic communication, the subject moves not only from the outside to the inside, but also from the inside to the outside, thus creating the equality of the interlocutors. This understanding of communication is based on respectful attitude towards other students as an equal participant in the dialogue, a subject of communication.
Communication is the result of the social history development, an indicator and the basis of our culture. At the same time, communication is a means of social development. In the process of communication, the unity of people’s actions and their consolidation is ensured. Purposeful activity is also regulated.
The constructiveness of communication with others largely depends on how emotionally the specialist perceives what is behind the available facts. The main thing is to understand the state of the other person, his / her mood and adjust yourself to the perception of other people’s emotions. It is necessary to be able to help another individual to feel that he / she is perceived. The main product of communication based on this skill is conception, which includes the ability to predict the logic of actions and behavior according to a certain position, the ability to perceive a message, distinguishing in it the main and secondary facts and arguments. A person’s ability to empathize (the level of its formation can be different) is characterized by such parameters as the features of its direction, breadth, stability, effectiveness of manifestations.
The constant variability of professional activity requires the future specialist to be aware of his / her role in this process, to show a creative approach taking into account the changing situations of interaction. The specialist’s personality dynamism is explained by the need to choose means, forms, and methods of communication depending on the age characteristics of other students, their individual characteristics, and the level of education.
The system of professional training developed at the faculties of higher education institutions lacks diversity, mobility, flexibility, continuity, continuity, and variability. The process of training a future specialist does not contribute to the formation of a systematic vision of reality. On the other hand, the higher school is in conditions under which, first of all, the functional skills of the teacher become necessary. This reflects the contradiction between society’s need for a specialist as a self-organizing individual and the overburdening of higher education institutions’ focus on functional training.
The specialist is still the object of the mass process of professional reproduction; his creative individuality is not revealed or cultivated. There is no purposeful work that prepares a specialist-researcher for a developing production, managers capable of creating conditions for transferring organizations to the path of development.
