Abstract:
The article defines the essence of the main research concepts, namely: pedagogical conditions, professional competence. The research of scientists on the problems of pedagogical conditions and professional competence, their interpretation of these concepts is presented.
The article substantiates the pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competence of future teachers-choreographers, namely: the introduction of dual education in the educational environment of the educational institution; formation of sustainable motivation for choreographic activity, students’ interest, focus on self-development; orientation of the educational environment to the development of creative reflective individuality of future teachers-choreographers; interdisciplinary integration of the content of professional disciplines and educational components of professional training.
We consider interdisciplinary integration as a process of interaction and interpenetration of the content of educational components, which ensures the formation of professional competence of future teachers-choreographers. This process involves, first of all, the interpenetration of the content of professional disciplines, which will ensure the integrity of the system of professional training of teacher-choreographers, will contribute to the development of their personal potential, and will also equip teacher-choreographers with a set of competencies necessary for successful stage-production, concert-performance and artistic – creative activity. Secondly, it determines the interdisciplinary connections of professional disciplines with other educational components, primarily psychological and pedagogical, the purpose of which is the formation of general scientific knowledge, abilities, skills, and experience as integral components of the formation of professional competence of future teachers-choreographers.
Implementation of interdisciplinary connections in educational activities is one of the necessary didactic means of formation of professional knowledge, skills and abilities of future teachers-choreographers. It is important that educational information learned during the study of other disciplines is not repeated, but used to motivate educational activities, update basic knowledge, abilities and skills, justify and clarify the essence of phenomena, model dance compositions, etc.
The defined pedagogical conditions in various forms, methods, and technologies of learning will contribute to the effective formation of the professional competence of future teachers-choreographers, will provide a comprehensive approach to the educational process as such, which meets the requirements set for modern higher pedagogical education. In addition, they will increase the effectiveness of the formation of professional competence of future teachers-choreographers and enable them to quickly join professional activities.
