Abstract:
The article offers an author’s version of the structure and content of the components of the pedagogical technology of cooperation in view of the problems and tasks of training students of higher education in the artistic direction. The leading features of pedagogical technologies are analyzed, the expediency of the entire motivational, substantive, personal-value and operational components of the pedagogical technology of cooperation is substantiated.
Pedagogical technology of cooperation (partnership) in higher art education should ensure the process and result of education of spiritual, personal, professional values of students, professionally important properties necessary for the formation of skills to carry out interpersonal and artistic dialogue, to give birth to musical co-creation. Let’s consider the structure and content of the leading components of cooperation technology in higher art education.
Cooperation is interpreted as a joint activity, an organizational system of activity of interacting subjects. The leading features of cooperation as a partnership are considered to be the presence of a common goal and joint activities of its participants; distribution of roles, responsibilities, partnership relations, positive interdependence, replacing the «I» position with the «We» position, mutual stimulation of partners in the form of support, encouraging each other to achieve a common goal. The main feature of cooperation is the agreement of the opinions and values of the participants of the interaction, which involves the establishment of a mutual relationship, contact in a joint activity. Therefore, the cooperation or partnership interaction of the teacher and students in modern conditions has a decisive role, as it ensures a subject-subject position, recognition of the equality and value of each participant.
Pedagogical technology in music education must satisfy the main methodological requirements: conceptuality (relying on a certain scientific concept containing philosophical, musicological, musical-psychological, musical-didactic, socio-pedagogical justification); systematicity (based on the logic of the music-pedagogical process, unity of components, integrity); manageability (take into account goal setting, design, diagnosis, variation, flexibility of higher music education); efficiency (optimal costs, guarantees of compliance with the standard of higher music education); reproducibility (possibility of application in the conditions of music-pedagogical, cultural education).
Keywords: institutions of higher education of artistic direction, higher art education, pedagogical technology, methods and forms of partnership interaction, dialogue.
