METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THE USE OF INNOVATIONS IN THE TRAINING OF FUTURE BACHELORS

Abstract:
The article considers methodological approaches to the use of innovations in the training of future bachelors, namely: integrative approach, energy-resource approach, personality-oriented approach, cultural approach, socio-cultural approach, creative approach, competency-based approach, systemic approach, synergistic approach, activity approach, praxeological approach, humanistic approach, axiological approach, acmeological approach, competency-based approach.
Today, the higher education system requires future bachelors to transition to multi-level professional training, which consists in finding ways to develop key competencies and personal qualities necessary for practical activity in the context of a competency-based approach. An important role in the development of higher education is played by informatization as a global civilizational trend, modifying not only certain components of educational activity, but also the competence demands of society.
With the rapid growth of the information flow, a young specialist should learn to independently search for and use the knowledge necessary in professional activity. To do this, he needs skills in the effective use of professional communications with support from the resources of information environments. To develop this professional competence, which is interactive in nature, it is necessary to expand the information and educational space of higher education.
The goal of higher education is to prepare a student as a knowledgeable, but also able to apply the knowledge gained practically. The requirements for a graduate of higher education are such as adaptability, mobility, self-development in the process of professional activity, continuous professional development.
Today’s reality calls for the use of innovations in the educational process. Innovative activity is stimulated by socio-economic transformations taking place in society. Among the tasks of higher education is to increase the creative potential and intellectual development of future specialists who are ready to carry out innovative activities.
