Abstract:
The article proves that reflexivity as a property of the subject reflects the ability of the individual to analyze his thoughts, feelings, actions and experience, to perceive and understand his internal processes and the influence of external factors. In interaction with the outside world, reflexivity plays a certain role in improving self-determination and self-realization. A subject who understands the features of self-determination can more effectively activate both initiative and selfdevelopment of future aviation specialists through self-realization.
The creative drive is either inherent in human nature or developed. And when it comes to the development of the creative abilities of a student aviation specialist, it is necessary to take into account both of these components, using various mechanisms for activating creative activity and promoting the development of the desire to create something. Thus, thanks to the innovative culture and awareness of participation in the creative process in various aspects of activity and the formation of collegial creative processes, the development of technological creativity appears.
Objectively, the trend in the development of competencies in the formation of management decisions in the creative direction is due to the positioning of new ways of perceiving economic reality. In this regard, we explain the fundamental importance of the creativity of the future aviation specialist in managing the assigned task in the following way – today it is necessary to positively define the economic role of intangible parameters – creativity, information, intelligence, motivation and other social resources.
Therefore, reflections on the prospects of sustainable development and a civilized technological future of Ukraine lead to the conclusion that they directly depend on a clear definition of creative approaches to the educational process in general and aviation management in particular. At the same time, educational practice shows that the process of creating creative management strategies in higher education institutions remains a debatable issue, and this is due to persistent ambiguity in defining the content load of the concepts of «creativity», «creative management».
