Abstract:
The set of external and internal qualities of a person is formed throughout his / her life on the basis of the moral predispositions of nature. The main socio-psychological feature of a person is an active process, that is, human self-organization.
Self-organization of the personality is manifested in two fundamental system-forming processes of socialization: a) purposeful, socializing influence (education, training, social, emotional and moral relationships (conjoint activity, communication, public opinion, etc.); b) spontaneous socializing influence (mass media, culture, casual communication, etc.); personal self-creation, that is, one’s own contribution to the formation, development and formation of special human qualities (personality, subject of activity, individuality), which is made by person’s socially constructive actions.
Personality is social quality (property) of an individual, determined by his / her «involvement» in social relations. The individual’s lifestyle and social roles ensure the formation, transformation, and consolidation of the properties that construct the content of his / her socio-professional orientation. It is in the system of socio-professional relations that the transformation of an individual’s internal, mental processes into the qualitative properties of his / her personality takes place.
The personality formation is, on the one hand, the result of the individual’s own efforts, and on the other hand, the formative influence of culture and society.
Becoming a cultural being and organizing the conditions for others to become cultural beings are closely related aspects of single process called the formation of culture.
In this case, culture can be understood as holistic set of artifacts accumulated by social group in the course of its historical development. In their totality, the artifacts accumulated by the group – culture – can be considered as species – specific means of human capabilities.
Keywords: Personality, self-organization, culture, social maturity, social situation, professional activity, professional culture, self-realization, responsibility, culture of individual interaction.
